KO class kicking

KO (KnockOut) is a high intensity, low impact workout based on martial arts with no contact, but lots of energy! 

What to expect

KO combines punches and kicks from a variety of martial arts styles, a good dose of body weighted muscle conditioning (think press-ups, squats, abs) all set to music.

How often should you attend?

We have one class per week - makes sure you get there!  The class is predominantly low-impact (no jumping), but there will be options to increase impact level (and intensity) along the way.
