Tackle those abs in our new 30 minute core class! Hone into your powerhouse and watch how your body starts to become more efficient in everything you ask it to do!

A typical Core30 class

Fast, hard and effective. After a quick warmup, you will be taken through a variety of different exercises that target your abs, back and butt. Anything goes in this class, so expect to be challenged and inspired each time you go. 30 minutes is all you need to really feel that tummy tighten!

Core30 is for everyone!

Options are provided for beginners through experienced participants where appropriate. Everything can be modified up or down to suit everybody. If you have a particular injury that prevents you from completing a certain movement, then please let the instructor know.

How often should you do Core30?

  • 2-3 times a week is the recommended maximum.
  • Try to allow 1-2 days rest between classes. Your body needs recovery time for best results.
  • Core30 complements all of our classes really well. You might like to do a double for maximum results!
