How to book
- Open your Rec & Sport app
- Select the "Book a Class" tile.
- Log in using your client portal email and password (note: your membership and Rec & Sport app accounts are separate. You may have used a different password (we suggest you use the same password for both).
- Use the red banner to select between "Classes, Small Group Training, Personal Training & Massage, or Court Bookings".
- Select the day of the class
- Scroll down and check out what is on offer on that day.
- Once you have found the class you want to attend, press "BOOK NOW"
- You're in! You will be prompted to add it to your calendar, so you don't' forget.
- You can fine tune your search results using the Category and additional filters.

How to cancel
- Open your app and tap the "Book a Class" tile.
- Note: you can cancel your class from the booking calendar screen or the My Bookings screen.
- In the red bar at the bottom tap "My Bookings".
- Tap the - on the right of the class you can no longer attend. You will be removed from the class, and an email confirmation will be sent to you.
- This function can only be completed up to 30mins prior to class start time.
- It really helps others if you cancel as soon as you know you've changed your mind!
Are there penalties if I don't turn up without cancelling
- Yes, you will receive a strike against your account for not turning up.
- If you hit TWO strikes (i.e. two missed classes), then you will be blocked from using the online booking system for 7 days.
- If you have been blocked from pre-booking online, you are still welcome to turn up and take your chances that there is a spot available.
- There are NO penalties for missing a livestream booking.
Can I join a class without booking?
- No, bookings are required for all of our Group Fitness classes.
- If you are sitting on the waitlist, you can come along and try your luck to see if there is space. However, you will be turned away if the class is full, so make sure you have a backup workout plan!
