Overview

Strength and Conditioning with Nutrition will teach you to train and motivate people to meet performance and body composition goals.

You will be learning how to set and meet training goals, rehabilitate and recondition injured athletes, and prescribe strength and conditioning programmes.

Minors in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition

Strength and Conditioning, as well as Nutrition, may also be taken separately as minor subjects within multiple degrees.

These two minors enable you to study towards a different major while gaining expertise and recognition in the area of strength and conditioning, or exploring the challenges of applied nutrition and exercise prescription practice for sport and health.
