We can assist you with all of your strength and conditioning requirements be it gym or field based, one-on-one or as part of a team. Individualised programmes are prepared following a consultation with you and or your coach. We can also design specific rehab programmes to assist your return from injury in consultation with your doctor or physiotherapist.
