A study looking into mood during pregnancy and infant outcomes in the first 6 months of life.

Participants needed

The Mental Health and Nutrition Research Group are conducting a study looking into mood during pregnancy and infant outcomes in the first 6 months of life. This study will help us confirm any changes in mood that pregnant women may or may not experience throughout the prenatal and postnatal periods, and their possible effects on infant development.

We are looking for pregnant women who are:

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Between 12-34 weeks pregnant
  • Having one baby
  • Living in the Canterbury region
  • Taking psychiatric medication
