My research interests are in the health and flourishing of humans in workplaces, with focuses on 1) leadership and decision-makers as key influences, and 2) training and development as a means of achieving these outcomes. I also have an interest in research methodologies, specifically mixed methods (qualitative + quantitative), participatory research, and longitudinal research designs. I collaborate with practitioners, organisations, and stakeholders to gain a deeper insight on contemporary workplace challenges, and to better inform research and evidence-based workplace practices.
