Jean Seabrook Prize

Description

The Jean Seabrook Prize was established by Dr Seabrook, Director of Speech Therapy training 1964-1972, to encourage doctoral research at the University of Canterbury in communication disorders.

Eligibility

Awarded to a New Zealand trained speech-language therapist who has been enrolled for a PhD at the University of Canterbury and has submitted a PhD thesis that is considered to constitute an outstanding research project concerned with neurological aspects of communication disorders in the New Zealand population.
