UC Electric Power Engineering Centre Undergraduate Scholarship: Third Professional Year


This scholarship recognises and supports high-achieving undergraduate students at the University of Canterbury who have strong potential to contribute to the electric power engineering industry in New Zealand. It was established in 2016 by the Electric Power Engineering Centre. Up to five scholarships are available annually.

The online application system will begin accepting applications eight weeks before the closing date. Apply on-line


Applicants must be enrolled, full-time or part-time, at the University in the Third Professional Year of a programme for a BE(Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering that includes at least one Electric Power Engineering Course. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or holders of New Zealand residence class visas.
