UC College of Business and Law Young Enterprise Scheme Student of the Year Scholarship - South Island Region

Description

The scholarship recognises outstanding students in a company team participating in the Young Enterprise Scheme within the South Island, and supports study in the first year of a Bachelor of Commerce and/or Bachelor of Laws degree programme at the University of Canterbury. Two scholarships are available annually, one of which is reserved for a student from the Canterbury region.


APPLYING FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Applications for scholarships for those joining UC in 2019 have now closed. Applications for those intending to start studies in 2020 will open in June 2019.

Eligibility

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or holders of New Zealand residence class visas, who are studying at a secondary school in the South Island for a university entrance qualification. Applicants must be competing in the Young Enterprise Scheme. Recipients must be enrolled full-time in a programme for a BCom and/or an LLB at the University, in courses totalling at least 60 points from the BCom schedule or at least 45 points from the LLB schedule.
