UC School of Forestry High Achievers Award


This scholarship recognises and supports high-achieving students entering their first year of the Bachelor of Forestry Science degree programme at the University. Up to five scholarships, one of which is reserved for a Maori or Pasifika student, are available annually.

Applications for scholarships for those joining UC in 2019 have now closed. Applications for those intending to start studies in 2020 will open in June 2019.


Applicants must be intending to enrol full-time in a BForSc degree programme at the University. They must have completed, or be completing, a university entrance qualification, and must have studied at secondary level in New Zealand in the year of application (or, in the case of a gap year, in the year immediately prior). International students who meet these requirements are eligible to apply.
