Laura J Clad Memorial Scholarship


The purpose of the scholarship is to help outstanding students of environmental studies or related courses who show potential to contribute to the preservation of ecology and the environment. The scholarship was established in 1990 from the will of Mrs J E Clad, whose daughter Laura Clad was
a student at the University until her accidental death in 1971.

The online application system will begin accepting applications approximately eight weeks before the closing date.

Applicants must be enrolled, or intending to enrol, full-time or part-time in the College of Science at the University, in a programme for an MSc or PhD degree. The scholarship is tenable during the undertaking of a thesis on a topic related to the preservation of ecology and environment.
