Field station reservation process

19 May 2023: we are experiencing IT issues. If you haven't recieved confirmation of your reseravation booking within two working days please email field services manager: fieldstations@canterbury.ac.nz

From 3pm on 29 June to 7am on 10 July - reservations will not be processed during this time. Reservations will be processed after 7am on the 10th of July.

This page sets out the conditions and fees for using the UC field stations. Check the availability of the station you want to use and then complete the online reservation request form.

Check the calendars for the field stations to see when they are available to be booked.

3. Make a reservation

You can complete the reservation request form here. Please allow at least THREE working days for your reservation request to be processed.

An email confirming your reservation and supplying information about the field station will be sent once your reservation has been finalised.
