Refund policy

Refunds on your debit account are available only on complete withdrawal from your courses. The minimum refund amount is $5.

To arrange a refund, take your Canterbury Card to Student Finance, Level 3, Te Pataka or email ar@canterbury.ac.nz.

The credit from your previous year will be transferred if you re-enrol.

UC credit provided to PG and Honours students will not be refunded.
