ANZAC week commemorates all the men and women who fought and died for New Zealand during wartimes, and the date itself marks the landing of the Australian/New Zealand troops at Gallipoli in 1915. Doctors and nurses play a vital support role during war and this photograph shows how relieved a wounded WWI solider is to be transferred into their care.
