Talk celebrating Christchurch’s heritage buildings - Friday 16 October, 7pm–9pm, Undercroft 101

Aficionados of Christchurch's heritage buildings will be interested in the following Heritage Week session at UC - featuring 2 College of Arts Macmillan Brown Library interns. Friday 16 October, 7pm–9pm, Undercroft 101, Puaka-James Hight Building - University of Canterbury. This evening event features local architects, heritage lovers, building owners and residents giving quick-fire presentations on Christchurch’s lost, restored, and future heritage buildings. Complimentary refreshments will be provided through the support of the Warren Trust. This free event is ticketed as spaces are limited. Arrive early to visit the accompanying exhibition in the University’s Registry (Matariki) building which displays architectural plans, photos, and stories on recent heritage departures and arrivals in Christchurch.
