Library 101 - Starting on March 18th

The Library provides a wealth of information resources that, as an undergraduate, you'll need to use for your study at UC. Our Library 101 programme is designed to provide new undergraduate students with the information and digital skills needed to be successful at university. Attending this programme and developing your skills for independent research will lead you to academic success.

Our workshops and drop-ins are held throughout the year and include:

1. Find and manage course readings

2. Independent research using the Library

3. Introduction to journals for science students

4. Introduction to using art, archives and photos in assignments

5. APA referencing - why and how to use other people's words and ideas
