Image of the Week: 18th May - 24th May

18 May 2015

Monday 18th May is International Museum Day.

To celebrate we've pulled this lovely historic photo of Canterbury Museum from our archives. The inscription over the entrance was suggested by William Rolleston, Canterbury's provincial superintendent at the time. It reads “Lo these are parts of His ways but how little a portion is heard of Him” - Job 26.14.
For a brief history of the museum see the Canterbury Museum website.
