Thesis deposit forms and other services unavailable

Because of a server problem there are some inoperable library services. These include:- thesis deposit
- some PBRF-related document deposits
- for on-campus users, NZ Topographical Maps & some time-series databases will also fail.
We expect to have an update on the problem by mid-day today (10th Feb).
