03 November 2014It's coming up to BBQ season, time to scrape down the hotplate, fire up the grill and make friends with your local butcher for the best cuts of meat. These three gentlemen would surely have known how to cut a good steak and I’m sure would have appreciated a good barbie.
The Canterbury Frozen Meat Company records is a fascinating collection spanning decades, and contains some real photographic gems of the butchers of days gone by.
