Electronic resources unavailable Tuesday morning between 8.30 am and 9.00 am

All off-campus access, and most on-campus access, to subscription electronic resources (e.g. electronic journals, eBooks, indexing databases) will be stopped for a short time on Tuesday 9th April to enable a server to be upgraded.This will start at 8.30 am and it is hoped will only take 10 - 15 minutes, but we have allowed a longer period in case of problems in which case we will revert to the old server.
Because the server concerned provides remote access to our electronic resources, there is no perfect time to do this upgrade but we have chosen a time that typically shows light use - nonetheless we apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
