Friday Free Stuff: RSNZ publications
29 June 2012
The Royal Society of New Zealand's information papers are all licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license. These are policy papers spanning a spectrum from responses to requests for information, to policies developed by the RSNZ Council.
Older RSNZ journal articles are also available as open access. From experimentation, it looks like most of its journals are open access for 1996 and earlier, but Kotuitui: New Zealand Journal of Social Sciences Online is open access from its 2006 inception to present.
In other New Zealand free stuff news:
- The A to Js are now available online to 1930.
- Papers Past has digitised even more newspapers, including the Auckland Star (1927-45) and New Zealand Herald (1863-84). There's a map showing which newspapers from which regions are currently available.
