About IT Services: Client Technology Services

The IT Services Client Technology Services (CTS) team manages the lifecycle of end-user computing devices and associated software for the University community.

Lifecycle Services include

  • IT Procurement (hardware)
  • Design, Build and Test, standard operating systems software for Windows and Mac
  • Application Deployment
  • IT Logistics - deliveries and standard computer installations
  • IT Recycling (University IT hardware)
  • Remote or desk-side technical support for standard hardware, operating system software, and supported applications
  • Configure and maintain the operating system and standard suite of applications on University staff and student computers
  • Support for University tablet computing devices
  • Set-up and support University purchased mobile phones
  • Support and maintenance for ITS hardware used in computer labs, public areas, meeting rooms or within Teaching and Learning Spaces
