How to Access IT Services and Resources from Off-Campus

This page provides instructions on how to connect to UC services from off-campus using your:

  • Personal computer (Windows or a Mac)
  • UC provided Windows laptop or a UC provided Mac

To use UC services or resources from off-campus for example at home or a hotel, you need to setup for Remote Access. To learn more about how to set this up, click on the registration button below.

UC Laptops are able to access most UC services without any additional configuration - just connect to your WIFI - with some exceptions eg Jade and TimeTabling (syllabus plus).

Even though it is not required, we still recommended that you setup Remote Access in case it is needed later.
