Log a job using the Self Service Portal
Sign into the Self Service Portal with your username and password to log a request for IT help. Also use the portal to log a request outside on weekends and after hours.

Come and see us in person at:
- Central Library in the Puaka - James Hight building in the Ilam Campus - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding public and university holidays)
- Kotuku - Dovedale Campus - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am to 12pm (excluding public and university holidays). For other time please telephone the IT Service Desk on the details above
