Log a job using the Self Service Portal
Sign into the Self Service Portal with your username and password to log a request for IT help. Also use the portal to log a request outside on weekends and after hours.

- Central Library in the Puaka - James Hight building, Level 2, on the Ilam Campus - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (excluding public and university holidays)
