Any Respiratory Illness?

Date: 16 March 2020

All patients will be asked if they have any respiratory illness including cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, head cold, runny nose, sneezing, fever, loss of smell every time they book and attend for an appointment. Most importantly - please tell us if you have been in or had close contact with anyone from MoH Isolation or Quarantine Unit, and/or work for an airline or airport.

If you answer yes to any of the above, the Receptionist will ask the Nurse to phone you to triage. You will be asked to wear a mask and to sanitise your hands when you present for your appointment.

Thank you for understanding - we must continue to ask these questions each time to ensure all of our patients and our staff remain safe.
