This event is a chance for new students and whānau to be welcomed to UC, meet with staff from Te Waka Pākākāno | Office of the Assistant Vice-Chancellor Māori, Pacific and Equity and find out more about the university and services for ākonga Māori (Māori students). UCSA, QCanterbury and UC Rainbow are excited to invite you to the Rainbow Welcome Lunch!

We’re celebrating all things Rainbow – come along to Haere-roa and enjoy a lunch in the sun! You’ll be able to learn about QCanterbury, meet the Exec and sign up to the club if you’d like, as well as find out more about the support available on campus through UC Rainbow.

This event is open to all students – Rainbow allies and community members alike. Haere-roa is a welcoming building to everyone, all year around, and features gender-neutral bathrooms and accessible spaces.
