EV Hosting Capability Workshop

On 24 November 2020, EDB representatives attended an online workshop/webinar about the EV Hosting Capability Model that has been developed at the EPECentre. This was a follow-up to workshops held earlier in the year that discussed different approaches to assessing the impact of increasing EV Charging in LV Networks. The workshop unveiled the EV Hosting Capability Modelling Service was and the valuable information it can provide around potential congestion hot spots in your residential networks as levels of EV charging increase.
