Abstract
Increasing food demands drives demands for improved crop yield. Pesticides provide a way of protecting crops and improving yields, but at the cost of damage downstream. This talk will cover the application of electrostatics to the pesticide spraying and the struggle I had quantifying the improvement that electrostatics had. Topics include: lasers, high-voltage, optics and computer vision.
