People's Choice Award 2021
In 2021, the annual UC Engineering Showcase of Final Year Project Posters was held in the Engineering Core from 20th October - 22nd October. This was held alongside an evening of online project presentations, from a selection of Final Year students. The People’s Choice Award continued in 2021, and attendees were able to vote online for their favourite project.
We were proud to announce the winners of the third People's Choice Award:

People's Choice Award 2020
After the success of 2019's inaugral People's Choice Award, we once again asked a select panel of judges to vote on their favourite Final Year Project. The award was announced by College Relationships and Engagement Manager, Grahame Burgess, and trophies presented by Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Jan Evans-Freeman.

On Wednesday 16 October 2019 the annual UC Engineering Showcase of Final Year Project Posters was held in the Engineering Core. The posters on display highlighted the high quality of projects completed during the year and the depth and breadth of innovation being carried out by our Final Year Students. Industry support for Final Year Projects was also apparent.

People's Choice Award 2019
For the first time in 2019, attendees at the Final Year Project Showcase were able to vote for their favourite project. This was very popular with attendees and fiercely competitive between some students. The award was announced by Mark Jermy, Deputy Head of Mechanical Engineering, and trophies awarded by Deputy Vice Chancellor, Ian Wright.
