Professor Tanja Mitrovic gave an invited talk at the 18th international conference on Artificial Intelligence in Education (AIED2017) in Wuhan, China.

The keynote talk was titled "From databases to Prospective Memory: the Saga of CBM Continued".
Professor Mitrovic was also lead author on a paper nominated for the Best Paper Award at the conference. The paper by Mitrovic, A., Dimitrova, V., Lau, L., Weerasinghe, A., and Mathews, M was titled "Supporting Constructive Video-based Learning: Requirements Elicitation from Exploratory Studies".
Both the invited talk and the paper are available in the conference proceedings.
While at the conference, Professor Mitrovic was was elected to be the General Chair of UMAP 2018 (to be held in Singapore in July 2018).
