Good Nights is an innovative research programme and cost-free nationwide clinical service that helps children with autism get a better night's sleep.

Good Nights Programme

Based out of the Pukemanu Centre at the University of Canterbury, the Good Nights team have many years of experience in the assessment and treatment of childhood sleep problems, meaning our families benefit from the latest evidence-based approaches.
