Steps for all UC hosted conferences
Before contacting the Digital Team for assistance with your conference, please read this page about a moratorium on convening of conferences at UC.
The Campus Services Team is your first point of contact, please email firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance.
You may be required to complete and submit the Conference notification e-form, this goes to the Events Team and they will contact us once they approved your conference and if we are required to help with your site set up.
The conference, registration, payments is now done in Eventbrite. Contact email@example.com if you have further information about conferences or Eventbrite.
