Description

This course aims to equip students with research-based knowledge to understand and enhance organizational resilience. It will provide them with evidence-based best practices and tools to develop resilience in an organization. The course includes theory/concepts associated with resilience and also practical cases to translate the theory and concepts into action.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

1.  Analyse, evaluate and effectively communicate the business case for building resilience.
2.  Identify factors that reduce or enhance organisational resilience.
3.  Describe and apply the appropriate theory, model or concepts to assess organisational resilience.
4.  Recommend appropriate strategies and action plans based on application of theory, model or concept for enhancing organisational resilience.
