Description

Engineering biochemistry covering enzyme kinetics, metabolism and applied molecular biology.

Biochemical engineering, cell organelles, enzymes, metabolism and metabolic engineering (ME); genetic engineering (GE), GE Medical and industrial applications, molecular biology for bioprocessing; industrial microbioly, bioproducts, and bioreactors.

Learning Outcomes

Students should be convesant in the language of biology and biochemistry, and understand the how to grow and manipulate biological systems to produce useful commercial materials or consume chemical wastes.
