Description

This course explores contemporary issues in the area of People, Performance and Wellbeing, traditionally known as "human resource management" (HRM). In a business environment of disruption and rapid change, it becomes increasingly important for an organisation to develop adaptive capacities. This involves engaging its members and enabling them to function in ways that contribute with their full potential, improving the performance of the organisation.
