Commercial Law
This is a research course involving the writing of 2 x 10,000 word papers in the field of Commercial Law under the supervision of a suitably qualified law school academic or team of supervisors.The course will allow advanced examination of topics in the general field of Commercial Law through two independent research projects. The objectives of the course are :- To develop an advanced level of knowledge in the field of Commercial Law.- To develop advanced levels of research and writing skills.- To develop independent study skills.
