Description

You will learn how to use a Civil Engineering software package (e.g. REVIT, etc) and how to design sub-models/plug-ins for this package using a selected programming language (e.g., Python, C#, etc). The course covers how to communicate information about your software both orally (e.g., presentation to practitioners) and in writing (e.g., user’s manual), and how to manage data inputs and outputs associated with Civil Engineering models and simulation programs. You will also learn to reflect about the ethical implications (national and global) of software developments.
