Description

This course will provide students with a deeper understanding of the principles of Sustainable Development, including: environment, economics and society and their interactions. The course will introduce modern techniques to quantify, assess and improve environmental and economic performance. It will build skills and techniques to improve safety to protect people as well as facilitate working with communities. It will also develop the professional and managerial skills required by practicing engineers.

Prerequisites

Subject to approval of the Head of Department.
