Description

This course will introduce students to the basic economics of wine - from production, to consumption, to investment opportunities. The course will focus on students taking concepts from elementary microeconomics, and showing how they apply to decision making along the wine value chain. The course will involve lectures, including guest lectures, and two sessions of field-trips within the Canterbury region.
