The objectives of ACCT624/FINC650/MPAC624 are:a) To provide students with an understanding of recent developments in corporate governance theory and research;b) To expose students to a variety of research methods used in corporate governance research;c) To expose students to international trends in corporate governance regulations and practices; andd) To build the generic skills of students including:i. Oral and written communication;ii. Analytical; andiii. Critical thinking.
