Teacher Attitude and Engagement Survey (TAES)

TAES is designed to support school leaders identify best practice and highlight areas for improvement in order to inform planning and goal setting. (Currently under development for release 2021).

TAES identifies attitudes and school-wide trends that have an impact on teacher engagement and can inform the evidence-based decision making process. Comprehensive online feedback is provided. The questionnaires are administered at the beginning of Term 3.

The survey covers teachers' views on:

• School management and culture.
• Professional development.
• Teacher appraisal and feedback.
• Teaching practice.
