Entré, innovative as always, debuted a new challenge for 2018, it’s very own Build a Burger Challenge. Read about the winning burgers below.

The purpose of the competition was to demonstrate that entrepreneurship can be both simple and accessible, rather than complex and daunting, as many may think.

Yesterday entré held the finals of this competition - the ‘Great Cook Off’. Students could immerse themselves in the competition process, as competitors cooked and presented their spectacular culinary delights.

Sponsor, Bacon Brothers was on hand providing students with a two-for-one deal, encouraging a great turnout of students for the finale.

The evening concluded with the judging and prize-giving to an overall winner - Ella Hegarty with her burger, ‘Cauliflower Ka-pow’ and the people’s choice awarded to Maddy Smart, Lily Quin and Emma Mabin with their burger ‘Feisty Fiesta’.

A big congratulations to all who participated and special congratulations to Ella whose creation will soon debut on the menu of Bacon Brothers restaurant at the Little High Eatery.
