Erica Austin is an architectural graduate, social entrepreneur, community weaver, and photographer, as well as the founder of E.A.Curation. She has worked with non-profit organisations, government agencies, education providers, and companies to help curate meaningful experiences and improve their inclusive practice. Erica graduated from the University of Auckland with a Masters in Architecture (Prof).

Troy Bilbrough is the owner of the popular Bacon Brothers. Troy and his two brothers started making Bacon Butties for fun. Now 5 years later, Bacon Brothers have gone national! In Christchurch, they have a 7 day a week Burger Bar in Little High and every Saturday morning you will see them at the farmer’s market. Up in Auckland Bacon Brothers has a stall in the CBD!

Charlie Jackson is a Christchurch photographer who strives to help others create a visual aesthetic that makes them stand out from the crowd, particularly showcasing businesses or brands. Photographing for the Great Christchurch Food Chase, Cakes by Anna, Necesse and World Buskers Festival.

Jack Wood is a UCE entrepreneur and student who is studying towards his Bachelors of Commerce. Whilst not studying, Jack is the Chief Marketing Officer of Komodo Monitr, a startup that has been through UCE programmes alongside his business partners.
