Anton is an entrepreneur who makes his business all about people. He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
Anton owns two busy eateries in Wigram called Joe’s Garage and Fush. While the food and beverage offerings differ between the two wharekai, the manaakitanga is always constant. He strives to take great care of every person who walks through the doors and ensure that no matter what, the guests leave happier than when they walked through the door.
Fush also has another unique aspect in that they totally support and embrace the normalisation of te reo Māori. If Fush was a waka it would carry with it te reo me ōna tikanga. The vision for Fush is and always has been to introduce the community to our mother language and it’s beautiful nuances as well as share our culture through the medium of kai and manaakitanga.
Kia tohunga ki te manaaki, kia hūmarie anō hoki. Ki te hoe!
Strive to be the epitome of hospitality and generosity, stay humble and hustle.
