Digital Transformation and Technology Preparedness (15 points)
A modern organisation needs a heightened focus on digital maturity in its processes, products/services, business models and its people, while embracing traditional approaches of business planning and risk management. This course prepares individuals to manage this ‘future of work’ and associated technology preparedness.

Economic Uncertainty and Organisational Agility (15 points)
This course will introduce you to a range of behavioural economic and change principles, which applied to everyday, real life scenarios will help you gain insights to prepare for and drive organisational change. 

Innovation Driven Customer Value (15 points)
The human-centred design thinking approach is a people-centric, collaborative, and experimental way of driving innovation to create customer value. It is a pragmatic approach that aims to nurture deep curiosity about an issue, unleash creativity in how to approach it, and ensure clarity when it comes to implementing solutions.

Data Informed Strategy (15 points)
Organisations that know and use data effectively will succeed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This course will prepare participants to ask the right questions, be skilled at identifying what data to use and the data tools needed to analyse information, and generate insights that inform the strategic question being asked.

Creating Impact-led Enterprises (15 points)
Organisations are increasingly being viewed through the lens of social and environmental impacts. This interdisciplinary course enables participants to gain comprehensive insights on the conceptual and empirical issues linking sustainability with business practice and deliberate on the challenges of managing sustainability trade-offs. 

Societies in Smart Cities (15 points)
Cities are the first to react to transformation shifts that citizens experience. How do organisations respond to such shifts? This course extends the deliberation of Smart Cities to comprehend how the related technological innovations create value and impact on society.

Agile and Innovation-driven Leadership (15 points)
Contemporary leaders need to shape organisational cultures that are agile and highly responsive in order to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and create new value. This requires fostering high engagement, supporting innovation, and leveraging digital technology. The course promotes skills in critical thinking, self-awareness, mindfulness, interpersonal dynamics, and practising how to be reflective leaders. 

Creative Challenge (15 points)
This course focuses on ‘you’ as the project. You will be provided with an opportunity to push your own boundaries and challenge your status quo by establishing a stretch goal, planning an intervention to address the challenge and working to execute it. You will have the support of a coach throughout your challenge.

MBA Consulting Project

Once you have completed the eight core courses you will apply this knowledge to your MBA Consulting Project. The project involves working with an organisation to address a practical issue of strategic importance and results in the production of a written strategy document.

You will be required to implement at least one of the proposed recommendations from your project, in consultation with the organisation.
