UC Business High School Outreach Programme
Te Kura Umanga | UC Business School has a range of events and programmes for high school students. Our outreach programme offers opportunities to expand your understanding of the business world, support your current studies and inspire your future career direction.
Our activities and events aim to generate interest in the subject matter while developing real-world enterprising, academic, and community-focused skills. We offer both on-campus, off-campus, and online learning opportunities.

Year 9 and 10
Our Year 9-10 outreach programme is designed to engage and encourage students to take an interest in the business world at the start of their high school career. When possible, we reflect curriculum objectives and work with teachers to develop the best activities for their students.
Our 2020 events for year 9-10 students include:
- Year 10 Business Quiz
- Individual class activities onsite - please contact us to organise an activity for your school.
Our Year 11-13 outreach programme aims to inspire students in all aspects Business while supporting them with their NCEA studies.
Our 2020 Programme includes:
- Year 13 Business Day
- Business Plan Challenge
- Expert Speakers being available to speak in schools as part of our roadshow
- Scholarship workshops
