UC RecCentre

The RecCentre is the primary fitness facility on campus. They have a large weights area, boxing training area, suspension training area, cardio equipment, climbing wall, squash courts and sports courts. The Rec Centre also has an extensive group fitness programme where you can be expertly guided through a large range of classes.
