- Ilam Apartments (2012) (semi, fully or self-catered)
- Rochester and Rutherford Hall (fully-catered)
- Sonoda Christchurch Campus (2012) (semi or fully-catered)
- University Hall (fully-catered)
All of which are located a few minutes walk away from campus facilities and offer
- fully-furnished rooms
- computer facilities with University network and internet access
- social and recreational facilities
- study rooms and organised entertainment
