We have moved office

The Web Team moved offices to Level 4 of the Law Building on 8 August. This is a temporary move for 6 staff previously located in level 4 of the ICTS building while the area is renovated. We will be at Law until the renovations are complete - which is scheduled for around November 2007. Latest is January 2008.
We are in offices 419 and 421 facing the car park and 405 facing the atrium.
Addressing mail - Please address internal mail to us by specifying the recipient’s name and building so the mail room know where to send it e.g. Ken Beatson,Level 4,Law Building.
The staff moving to Law are Ken Beatson, Greg Albertson, Trish Beven, Colleen Davis, Heather Pearce and Phan Vong. Sue Holstein and James Eley - working on the Qualifications Publisher Project will remain on level 3 of the Registry for 2007. Traci Stanbury and Clare Burgess are still located in the Education Library finishing College of Education web integration.
The School of Law very generously offered to reshuffle some of their space to accommodate us. The team extends a huge thanks to Ann Hogan, College Manager for making these arrangements. Otherwise we would have been moving to Dovedale which would have impaired our ability to function efficiently. The vast majority of our consulting and support work is with staff on the Ilam part of the campus so the distance from Dovedale would have been challenging.
Thanks also to UCTL for sharing some of their meeting and other facilities with the team.
Although this temporary move is an inconvenience, we are really encouraged by the good will shown by our colleagues and the opportunity to get to know them better as we share the same space. We look forward to seeing what collaborative opportunities and new knowledge can come from that.
